
International Talent Recruitment & Building Successful Teams
As startups are growing, the recruitment of personnel and management of talent pipelines, becomes a priority issue. The quality of your team obviously sets the standards for your business. When expanding into new markets this is even more crucial and brings additional challenges as well as chances. Finding talents in a foreign country can be difficult as success factors for recruiting differ. On the other hand, building international cross-country teams can lead to positive synergies if built and leveraged properly. To address this issue, GINSEP, in collaboration with CEFE International and with support from GIZ, is conducting a webinar targeting Indian and German Startups that want to build international startups, want to understand the recruitment process in Germany and want to hire international staff.
