Best-Practices of Online Incubation (For Incubators)

This webinar will explore the key opportunities and challenges incubators are facing when taking their program online. The relevance comes on one hand from the new reality brought by the Covid19 pandemic, and on the other hand by a general trend to a more data driven and software enabled approach to incubation. Add to that a growing need for verticalization which is especially relevant in ecosystems that are dispersed over a large territory such as is the case in India.​ ​ We will first dive into the pro’s and con’s of online incubators, and look at available tools and platforms that facilitate the transformation. ​This will be followed by a discussion with a Germany based incubator who successfully implemented the transformation from brick and mortar to online incubation during the Covid19 pandemic, sharing the experiences their team has made in the process. ​Finally we will open up the stage for guided question and answers about do’s and don’ts of going online with your incubator.
