Dhruv Suri is a Partner at PSA, a full-service law firm with its offices in New Delhi and Chennai. He heads the firm’s start-up/VC/PE practice group and has advised Fortune 100 and 500 companies, financial investors (venture funds, angel investors, family office) as well as early to growth stage startups across a range of practice areas such as corporate/commercial, M&A, compliance and regulatory, business structuring, data protection and GDPR, foreign exchange laws, intellectual property, stock options, labour and employment, etc.
Dhruv regularly speaks and conducts legal trainings and workshops at incubators and co-working spaces across India. He has also given “expert lectures” at leading law schools on subjects such as “cross-border transactions” and “negotiations”. In March 2018, Dhruv was also invited by Invest India, an initiative by the Indian government, to mentor 250+ startups at the Rashtrapati Bhawan (President’s house). Dhruv completed his LL.B(H) from Delhi and did his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School, New York.

Some of the sectors where he actively advises are healthcare, fin-tech, education, AI/ML, block-chain, crypto-currencies and ICO, renewable energy, automotive and electric cars, agriculture, fashion and e-commerce, mapping and location based service, food, logistics, publishing, etc.
