“German India Week” – German delegation in Bengaluru and Delhi

The 23-member visiting delegation of investors, entrepreneurs, corporates, and government officials had a packed schedule with visits to the larger Indian startups like Ola, Paytm, Flipkart, as well as meetings with government officials – the key to any kind of business association between countries.

The India visit from February 18th to 25th, that was also organized by the German Startups Association, aimed to drive true exchange by bringing together startups, investors, corporates as well as politicians from Germany with their counterparts in Bengaluru and Delhi.

The delegation was joined by Dirk Wiese, Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, to meet with Principal Secretary Gaurav Gupta, Department of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science-tech, Government of Karnataka, and other officials.
